Description

Shorebirds scatter across shallow surf in Waverunners Framed Art, a long horizontal composition that reads almost like a panorama. Each bird is caught in a different attitude probing, standing, mid-step so the piece rewards a closer look after it has already done its work from across the room. The extended format is purpose-built for the wall above a sofa, bed or long console, where its width does the job a cluster of smaller frames would, with far less fuss. Matting and a ribbed-face wood frame add texture without adding noise, and solid wood construction gives the frame real substance at this scale.
