Description
Oyster shells are arranged with a light, graphic touch in Summer Shucks Framed Art, a pair that treats a coastal staple as pattern rather than still life. The shells are scattered across the field at different angles, so each piece reads as an arrangement rather than a specimen study. Double matting gives every small image a generous layered border, which is what keeps the pair looking considered rather than casual. They work well in a bath, breakfast room or coastal bedroom.
