Description
A hummingbird hovers at a flowering stem in Ruby II Framed Art, with faint circular motifs floating through the worked background behind it. The bird is caught mid-air rather than perched, which gives this piece a sense of motion its companion keeps still. The hand-applied gel finish gives the surface a painted quality that a flat print cannot reach, and the absence of glass keeps that texture direct at any angle. Its square format makes it an easy single hang above a console, chest or bed.
