Description
Clipped topiaries tied with ribbon stand in patterned vessels across Ribbon Topiary Framed Art, a watercolor pair that brings Christmas to a wall without any obvious seasonal shorthand. The forms and vessels are drawn as botanicals first, with the ribbon the only overt holiday cue which is why the two can go up early and stay up late. They work on a narrow wall, flanking a mirror, or propped on a mantel among greenery. Matting and a slim molding keep the pair looking tailored rather than decorative, and they store flat between years.
