Description
Denser and more laden than its companion, the branching tree in Chinoiserie on Gold II Framed Art carries full round blossoms down its length over a metallic ground. Where the companion piece leaves space, this one fills it, which gives the two a useful contrast when hung together. Painted on acrylic and layered, the surface has a depth that printing alone cannot produce. The tall, narrow proportion suits a pier between windows, a stair landing or a doorway surround.
