Description
A branching stem angles across Botanical Sketch IV Framed Art, its pods and leaf forms cataloged in the margin in fine pencil. The diagonal set of the plant makes this the most dynamic plate of the group, the line cutting corner to corner rather than standing upright. Float mounted over a hand-wrapped fabric mat, the sheet sits above its ground with the textile reading clearly around it. A stepped wood frame and protective glass give it a library-shelf finish.
