Description
Goldfinches settle among summer blooms in American Goldfinch Framed Art, a pair painted with enough detail to read as a bird study and enough softness to stay decorative. The birds are small within the composition, with the flowers given equal weight, so neither piece tips into wildlife illustration. Square and evenly sized, the two hang cleanly side by side in a breakfast room, bedroom or hallway. Matting with a V-groove cut and a beveled molding finish both pieces.
