Creating a Return Request

We understand that you may not always love the item you receive. In addition to offering one-on-one support, we also have a simple self-service option on our website. This portal allows you to easily submit a Return Request in three easy steps, and/or report any damaged or defective items independently.

How to create a Return Request:

To begin, log in to your account using the email address used when placing your order. 

If you don’t have an account, no worries! You can create one in just a few seconds - just be sure to use the same email address when you place your first order.

Once logged in, you will see all the details of your account, including your “Recent Orders.

Next, find the order that contains the item you would like to return and select “View Details.

Then, select “Request a Return.” 
 
From there, answer a few simple questions and a return ticket will be created on your behalf. This ticket will be addressed by a live Customer Care agent within 48 business hours.

Upon review, you will receive a follow-up email with your return ticket number. If your item is eligible for a free return, shipping labels will be provided to you via email.
