Inspired by the disciplined geometry of French 1930s lighting design, its lineage traces to Pierre Chareaus Maison de Verre and the sculptural rationalism of Michel Roux-Spitz. Here, light becomes spatial and deliberate. A vertical cylinder in opaline glass stands poised like a column of captured air, while the mount in burnished brass and aged iron creates a tactile interplay of glow and gravity. At 12 inches, this sconce works beautifully as a sculptural wall element or in rhythmic pairs to define a passageway.
