Description
Few bar-height seats stay comfortable past the first hour, which is the problem the Vario Upholstered Bar Stool sets out to solve. Its back rises in a soft trefoil, button-tufted and padded, and the same upholstery continues without a break into the seat. A brass footrest plate gives feet somewhere to rest at that height, and brass ferrules finish the splayed, tapered wood legs where they meet the floor. Foam under the seat and a fully covered back keep the profile from turning heavy, so a row of them along a home bar stays quiet.
