To access your Pro account on our newly remodeled site, follow these simple steps:

2. Enter your existing credentials.
If you receive an error when trying to login, please use the “Forgot Password?” link to reconnect your account.
Once logged in on the new site:
• Your discounted trade pricing will automatically be shown on all products sitewide
• Any shopping carts you previously created will be imported and saved as lists on your profile page

Q: Can I still access LNYPro.com?
A: LNYPro.com will be available until 5/31/2023. After 5/31/2023, LNYPro.com will redirect to LightingNewYork.com. Once logged into your account on LightingNewYork.com, your discounted trade pricing will automatically be shown on all products sitewide. Any shopping carts you previously created on LNYPro.com will be imported and saved as lists on your profile page.
Q: If I reset my password, am I creating a new account?
A: Resetting your password will not create a new account.
Q: Why is my previous account password not working?
A: Due to our enhanced security, your password may not meet the new criteria needed. Please be sure your password contains the following: a minimum of 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.
