You no longer need to login to a separate website to access your Pro account.
To access your Pro account on our newly remodeled site, follow these simple steps:

2. Enter your existing credentials.
If you receive an error when trying to login, please use the “Forgot Password?” link to reconnect your account.

Once logged in on the new site:

• Your discounted trade pricing will automatically be shown on all products sitewide
• Any shopping carts you previously created will be imported and saved as lists on your profile page

Q: Can I still access LNYPro.com?

A: LNYPro.com will be available until 5/31/2023. After 5/31/2023, LNYPro.com will redirect to LightingNewYork.com. Once logged into your account on LightingNewYork.com, your discounted trade pricing will automatically be shown on all products sitewide. Any shopping carts you previously created on LNYPro.com will be imported and saved as lists on your profile page.


Q: If I reset my password, am I creating a new account?

A: Resetting your password will not create a new account.

Q: Why is my previous account password not working? 

A: Due to our enhanced security, your password may not meet the new criteria needed. Please be sure your password contains the following: a minimum of 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.

within the 48 contiguous United States. Excludes

With no restocking fees on authorized returns, you are 
only responsible for return shipping on any item not 
covered under our Risk-Free Returns Policy.
Free Order Storage

If you’re ready to order but the project is not, take 
advantage of free storage in our secure warehouse, up 
to three months free! Extend time for a nominal fee.
Free Order Consolidation

We will consolidate multiple orders, or orders from 
multiple vendors, at your request - reducing the 
number of shipments and saving time on delivery.
